Returns and refunds

Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Skin Sensitivity & Patch Testing

All Paperwhite Apothecary products are made with thoughtfully selected, skin-loving ingredients. However, every person’s skin is different, and individual sensitivities can vary.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use of any new product. Apply a small amount to a discreet area of skin, such as the inner forearm or the back of the hand, and wait 24 hours to check for any signs of irritation.

If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Paperwhite Apothecary cannot be held responsible for adverse reactions due to individual skin sensitivities.
